WHO IS MRS. HODL
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

I am not the one standing at the front of the room.

I am the reason the room runs.

By title, I am the CFO of our family and the COO of our family dental practice. But titles don't really explain what I do. What I actually do is this:

I manage the banking. I handle business transactions. I run payroll. I build the team and shape the culture inside the office. I track the budgets, find where money is leaking, and figure out how to stop it. I look at where we are today and map out how to get from here to
generational wealth, not someday, but through the decisions we make right now, inside the
business and inside our home.

And then I close my laptop and show up for my family.

Every single day.

───────────────────────────────────────

My husband is the quarterback.

He is the one under the lights. The one people see. The one who takes the snap and makes the throw.

I am the offensive coordinator.

I study the opposing defense before he ever steps on the field. I build the play book. I
call the plays that give him the best chance to win. When something breaks down mid-drive, I am already adjusting.

He executes. I architect.

And when the game is over, and everyone is talking about the quarterback, I am already
watching the film for next week.

───────────────────────────────────────

Nobody applauds the offensive coordinator on the night of the win.

But pull her out of the equation and see what happens to the quarterback.

I made peace with that a long time ago because this is not a role I fell into.
I chose it. I chose it because I am good at it. Because I understand that real value
is not always visible. Because someone has to see the whole board, and most people are
too busy playing their one piece to look up.

I look up.

───────────────────────────────────────

This newsletter exists because I kept meeting people who were building, really building, but had no one in their corner who understood both sides of the table.

The business side. The family side. The wealth you are creating. The people who will receive it.

Most financial advice ignores your family. Most parenting advice ignores your finances.
Nobody is talking to the person who has to hold both at the same time.

That person is who I am writing for.

If you are the one behind the scenes — managing, planning, executing, holding it
all together behind the curtain— you are in the right place.

This is for the builders nobody sees.
